This helps her to work with you to better understand how the past is showing up in the present which in turn will help you identify on the present negative thoughts and core beliefs that may be holding you back. Through the employment of these strategies, you are then able to address negative core beliefs and thoughts, reframe and shift them, and work towards a healthier future.

She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship which allows you to tell your story, feel heard and validated, and which creates a safe place for you to deal with the struggles of life. Coming from a multicultural home, she also understands the need for cultural sensitivity and how helpful cultural considerations can be in the therapeutic process.
